We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk position. This is a part-time role (three days per week) on a two-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

- Assist with processing invoices and digital documentation for payments.
- Perform junior-level accounts payable tasks, with potential to expand responsibilities based on experience.
- Collaborate with a small, supportive Accounts Payable team.
- Work with digital tools including Adobe Sign (training available).
- Use Excel to help track and reconcile invoice data.
- Follow internal procedures and guidelines for payment processing.
- Previous accounts payable experience is an asset.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow established systems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfort with digital tools and workflows.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
- Availability for full-time, in-office work during the initial training period.
- Hybrid work model following training: typically three days in-office and up to two days remote per week.
