A prestigious international law firm that provides exceptional legal services across multiple areas of law and industries, they are currently looking to add an experienced and talented construction litigation associate to their busy practice group.

Responsibilities
Due the busy nature of the practice, the incumbent lawyer will be hitting the ground running and taking on a substantial amount of files, both independently and in support of more senior lawyers. Working with developers, owners, and contractors on a wide range of large scale projects, this work will include but not be limited to builders liens, construction defects (design, structural, electrical), project delays / extensions, and some professional liability matters. 

Qualifications
  • Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
  • 3+ years of post call experience with an emphasis on construction litigation
  • Be comfortable with a billable target of 1700
