The Group Benefits Advisor will manage start to start-to-end process of service, follow up on various client inquiries. You will be collaborating with internal teams on building customized solutions for clients, delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Support the management and administration of group benefits plans, ensuring smooth implementation and compliance.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Identify and comprehend client needs, proposing customized solutions that highlight the value of insurance products and services.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and continuously enhance knowledge of offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Partner with internal teams to support client needs related to financial planning and retirement/investment plans.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid LLQP license
- You have a minimum 3 years of experience in Group Benefits
- You have a strong knowledge of Group Benefits products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- CEBS, GBA, RPA designation is an asset
