Our client is looking for a strategic Sales Manager to lead their Personal Lines Insurance Sales Team and drive outstanding results. You will be responsible for creating optimized workflows, implementing digital tools, and designing ongoing training programs to continually enhance team performance and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team that exceeds targets and fosters accountability.
- Assess and coach individual and team performance.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows, automation tools, and a strategy to optimize sales processes and client service.
- Develop and execute sales training, focusing on key skills such as objection handling, cross-selling, and closing deals.
- Optimize technology, including EPIC Applied Systems and AI-driven tools, to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Must have valid RIBO
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Personal Lines Insurance, 5 years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
- Expertise in optimizing workflows and processes, with a focus on sales automation
- Extensive experience in sales coaching, managing KPIs, and making data-driven decisions using EPIC
