- $130,000+ base salary, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Due to the practice’s growth, an opportunity has become available for a junior/intermediate family associate to join a close-knit team of talented associates and partners. The ideal individual would be working with the entire team on various family matters, including but not limited to separations and divorces, spousal & child support matters, child custody, and high-value asset division disputes. If they had a particular area of focus or interest, there would be an opportunity to receive direct mentorship from a more senior staff member.
Qualifications:
- Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
- Minimum 3-year call to the Bar, with strong experience in family law
- Be comfortable with a billable target of 1575
