ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Build and maintain financial models to assess current and future performance across various scenarios, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and deliver quarterly and annual KPI reports across business functions
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts.
- Manage short- and long-term corporate cash flow projections.
- Work with the accounting team on monthly variance analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to operational and financial leadership.
- Proactively analyze trends, pinpoint risks and opportunities, and help teams achieve financial goals
- Improve financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and insight.
- Conduct market research on economic and real estate trends.
- Design and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ad hoc analysis as needed.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Real estate experience is an asset.
- CPA or CFA designation is an asset.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Salary: $130,000 to $150,000
- 3 weeks’ vacation
