We are seeking a skilled Quality Process Manager to lead and oversee all quality-related processes for our products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards to meet internal, customer, licensor, and regulatory requirements. You will also provide leadership to the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams, ensuring continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality department, including both Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions.
- Develop and implement quality strategies that align with company goals.
- Oversee training programs for quality personnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams and licensors to ensure proper quality procedures on the production floor.
- Review manufacturing processes and recommend improvements.
- Write and maintain Manufacturing Test Plans and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Monitor and control quality budgets and resources.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
- Promote risk management and safety best practices throughout the organization.
- Act as a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to company-wide strategy, performance reviews, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Education or technical training in Machining, Engineering, Quality, or Business Management.
- ISO Auditor Certification required.
- Experience implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and leading quality teams.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Dynamics AX.
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry products is an asset.
