Our client, a multinational organization, is looking for a sharp, poised, and seasoned Executive Assistant to support a high-performing CEO in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is 100% on site in Kingsville, ON and a relocation package is available.

You’re a great fit if you're comfortable working in a visible, central role where precision, confidentiality, and initiative are everything. You bring deep executive-level support experience, know how to anticipate needs before they're spoken, and are ready to relocate to beautiful Kingsville, Ontario for a fully on-site opportunity.

What You’ll Do
  • Own calendar and schedule management with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel (including quarterly U.S. visits)
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence
  • Manage logistics for internal and external meetings, events, and leadership gatherings
  • Liaise across departments and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Take initiative on special projects and administrative process improvements
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
  • Professionalism that sets the tone in the room—confident, discreet, and composed
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with travel planning, event coordination, and project tracking
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize independently with a solutions-first mindset
  • Comfortable working in an open office environment and engaging across all levels
  • Exposure to cross-border operations or the produce/agribusiness space is an asset
This is not your average executive assistant role—it’s a front-row seat to strategic leadership and organizational growth. If you’re a high performer who thrives on keeping things running seamlessly, we want to hear from you.
