Responsibilities
- Prepare for and assist with facilitating, if required, strata council meetings and general meetings
- Prepare council meeting agendas
- Handle and process all operational correspondence and owner communications
- Carry out directives and follow lawful instruction of Council in a timely manner
- Prepare minutes of all meetings attended including night meetings
- Assist Strata Councils in preparing annual budgets and planning for capital
- Inform Strata Councils regarding legislative requirements and assist with interpretation of financial information through monthly financial statement review.
- Ensure invoices are received, reviewed and approved
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience as a Strata Manager
- Has a valid Strata License
- Has a driving license and owns a vehicle
