They are in search of a Commercial Insurance Broker to become a part of their expanding team, contributing to safeguarding the assets of local community.
This Commercial Insurance Broker will manage and grow a book of business, provide excellent customer service with insurance products and policies, assess and evaluate risks, determine coverage levels, and negotiate with brokers to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs
- Answer phone calls from clients when available
- Provide quotes and bind new insurance policies
- Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients
- Complete policy reviews and renewals
Qualifications:
- Level 2 general license
- Working experience in brokerage, Commercial lines sales and service
- Experienced in providing customer service in various situations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge in BMS software
