Project Management Services
Our client views Project Management as the comprehensive management and control of all aspects of the project throughout all phases of its life cycle to achieve prescribed objectives defined in terms of the Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
Through the application of appropriate management techniques, the Project Manager will lead and manage the efforts of the Project Team to achieve the objectives of the project to meet project requirements. The Project Manager is expected to work competently using several project management methodologies, including but not limited to waterfall, agile, and hybrid.

Other responsibilities of a Project Manager are, but not limited to following.

Project Initiation and Planning

Budgeting and Scheduling

Procurement

Project Execution, Monitoring, and Controlling

Project Close Out
