We are working with a leading real estate company with over $2.5B assets under management, focused on a superior level of service and excellent returns. As a real estate company providing investment management and asset management in addition to property, leasing, development, master planning, and strategic advisory services.

Responsibilities
- Manage direct reports, to ensure the timely achievement of department goals, within prescribed policies, procedures and standard business practices.
- Manage relations with contractors, vendors, consultants, and facilities maintenance.
- Prepare and implement operating expense and capital budgets.
- Ensure all building systems including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, fire/life systems, plumbing, and all building related systems are running seamlessly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct work experience in a managerial position within retail or commercial space.
- Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of building systems, HVAC preventative maintenance, and ability to understand building construction drawings.
- Computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office Programs.
