Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with a Winnipeg based company to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk for an immediate temporary position that has the potential to become a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
Benefits & Perks:
- Immediate temporary Accounts Payable position
- Onsite position
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm
- Free parking
Responsibilities:
- Data entry of invoices into the inhouse AP system
- Ensure invoices are entered accurately
- Verify vendor and invoice amounts
- Assist with various administrative and accounting tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Accounting
- One plus years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A criminal background check is required
