Litigation Legal Assistant

Our client is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant with 3–5 years of litigation experience to support two lawyers specializing in employment law, construction litigation, civil litigation, and commercial litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume practice with tight deadlines
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents
• Conduct searches and file records
• Organize and maintain legal filing systems
• Communicate with clients and manage client accounts
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Legal Assistant program
• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
