Quality Control Analysts

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of KYC (Know Your Client) reviews by conducting quality control checks on client files and ensuring compliance with internal standards. This contract role follows a hybrid work model based in Toronto and requires a highly detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure and can efficiently manage large volumes of corporate client information.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks on client data and documentation during periodic reviews
• Refresh client information in accordance with firm policies and regulatory guidelines
• Communicate with relationship managers and internal stakeholders to gather required data
• Follow up with partners to ensure actions are completed on time
• Update internal systems with accurate, current documentation and information
• Respond to internal requests and compliance-related inquiries promptly
• Deliver high-quality, error-free output independently and within designated timeframes
• Prioritize work during peak volume periods and support ad-hoc projects
• Adapt quickly to changes in regulations, business needs, or technologies
• Provide regular status updates to management to support transparency and mitigate risks
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control analyst role
• Strong working knowledge of KYC processes, particularly with corporate clients
• Comfortable managing large volumes of documentation and data
• Prior experience in a financial institution setting
• 1–2 years of hands-on KYC or QC experience with commercial or corporate clients
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities
• Spanish language skills and experience with Fenergo are assets but not mandatory
• Ability to assess risk and screen client profiles is a plus
