As the ERP Support/Analyst you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our client’s ERP and related business systems. You’ll collaborate closely with the Finance & Administration team and other departments to drive improvements that streamline operations, improve user experience, and boost overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, configure, and optimize ERP and other business systems to support effective financial and operational processes.
- Provide day-to-day ERP support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in partnership with external providers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system and process improvements.
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects across financial systems.
- Gather and document business requirements for system changes and new initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of finance processes and workflows.
- Develop and deliver training materials for finance and non-finance users to support system adoption and efficiency.
- Build a deep understanding of cross-functional data flows to inform and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across integrated systems and support reporting needs.
What You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes.
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA) is an asset.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with ERP systems in a complex business environment.
- Proven track record in ERP support, process improvement, and system optimization.
- Experience managing system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality rollouts.
- Understanding of ERP integrations and industry best practices.
- Skilled in process mapping and data flow analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Experience with Sage X3 is a plus.
- A relevant degree is desirable.
