This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-focused Associate with 2–7 years of relevant experience to join one of Edmonton’s most respected full-service law firms.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will bring experience in commercial and construction litigation, including:
- Builders’ liens and bond claims
- Procedures under the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act
- General procurement and construction-related disputes
Experience in general commercial litigation is considered a strong asset, particularly in the areas of:
- Debt enforcement
- Drafting pleadings and legal documents
- Managing court applications
- Conducting cross-examinations and questioning
