Aplin is proud to partner with our long-standing client, to recruit a Litigation Associate for their Commercial and Construction Litigation practice group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-focused Associate with 2–7 years of relevant experience to join one of Edmonton’s most respected full-service law firms.
They are a full-service firm known for delivering exceptional legal services across a wide range of practice areas. With a strong foundation of experience and a commitment to client success, the firm offers a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing work environment.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will bring experience in commercial and construction litigation, including:
  • Builders’ liens and bond claims
  • Procedures under the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act
  • General procurement and construction-related disputes
Experience in general commercial litigation is considered a strong asset, particularly in the areas of:
  • Debt enforcement
  • Drafting pleadings and legal documents
  • Managing court applications
  • Conducting cross-examinations and questioning
