We’re looking for a hands-on Deskside Support Specialist to join our client’s onsite team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
In this role you’ll support end-user computing needs including hardware, software, account issues, AV setups, printer support, and Windows OS/software installations.
You'll also help ensure IT practices align with security standards and keep hardware inventories up to date.

NOTE:  This role is 100% onsite at our client's Dartmouth, Nova Scotia location.  To be considered candidates must be eligible to obtain a NATO Secret Clearance.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Strong desktop support & troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365
  • AV support for meetings, VTCs, and webcasts
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of IT inventory and purchase requisitioning
