HSE Supervisor 1 – Orlando

We’re looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Supervisor to help lead and maintain a safe work environment on our construction sites in Orlando, FL. This role is key to promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety laws, regulations, and company policies.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead site safety programs and support daily operations
• Ensure everyone follows health and safety rules
• Provide training, orientation, and mentorship to workers and supervisors
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Investigate incidents and near misses, and recommend improvements
• Maintain safety documentation and reports
• Promote safety awareness through toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Build strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and clients

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of health and safety experience in construction
• Post-secondary education in health & safety, construction, or a related field
• Safety certifications (like CHST, CRSP, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using technology and safety management systems
