Compliance Manager

We are working with an innovative organization that is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their team. You will collaborate with a collegiate team of long-tenured professionals, ensuring global compliance standards are upheld while mitigating risks across the business and its third-party relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Take lead on devising and implementing global compliance programs and policies, including responsible sourcing initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards across the organization and external third-party partners
• Collaborate with the Legal and Governance teams to interpret and adapt to evolving regulatory changes.
• Evaluate compliance controls and implement improved policies, procedures and best practices.
• Support compliance-related investigations and reporting.
• Design and deliver compliance training.
• Oversee third-party due diligence and compliance efforts in global procurement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant Compliance or Legal capacity with strong understanding of corporate compliance programs and procurement strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience in the mining industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish is beneficial although not critical.
