Responsibilities:
- Take lead on devising and implementing global compliance programs and policies, including responsible sourcing initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to policies and standards across the organization and external third-party partners
- Collaborate with the Legal and Governance teams to interpret and adapt to evolving regulatory changes.
- Evaluate compliance controls and implement improved policies, procedures and best practices.
- Support compliance-related investigations and reporting.
- Design and deliver compliance training.
- Oversee third-party due diligence and compliance efforts in global procurement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant Compliance or Legal capacity with strong understanding of corporate compliance programs and procurement strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience in the mining industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish is beneficial although not critical.
