Resource Assistant

Our client is looking for a Resource Assistant/Floater who is able to support the lawyers in litigation when the assigned legal assistants are on vacation or away from their desks. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• File maintenance and document processing
• Time entry and billing
• Provide overflow assistance
• Schedule an appointment of the lawyers
• Manage the calendar of the lawyers
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Two to three years of experience working as a legal assistant within a legal environment
• Legal Administrative Assistant certification
• MS Office proficiency
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
