Work on a brand new fleet of open pit mobile equipment (trucks, shovels, drills...everything), work in brand new truck shop, and during shift live in a brand new workcamp (steak twice a week, brand new Jack and Jill trailer accommodations, 5G cellular & high speed Wi-Fi, new workout & recreational facilities). This is a brand new 'high tech' and 'state of the art' mine site!
This is also a fly-in fly-out position that includes an industry leading pay rate, daily overtime, 12 hours workdays, an even ‘days in’ and ‘days off’ work schedule; full access to on-site room and board; paid flights, hotels, meals from the closest major airport to and from the jobsite; health benefits, and more.
Scope includes the repair, troubleshooting, and general maintenance of Epiroc drills, specifically Pit Viper 231's and D65's. Five years’ experience in the mining sector and Red Seal Certification as a Heavy-Duty Mechanic are required. CAT expertise (surface mining and heavy construction equipment) is an asset and also desirable.
