Are you a skilled recruiter looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic agency environment? We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in downtown Calgary for a 3-month contract. This hybrid role will support internal recruitment efforts helping us to attract top talent and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internal roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide expert guidance.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruitment tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency or sales-related hiring.
  • Strong sourcing abilities, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
  • Experience recruiting for sales or account management roles is a strong asset.
