Financial Reporting Accountant

Our client is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant for a 3-month contract to support their finance team in preparing financial statements and Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) disclosures. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
• Support the development of financial information for the MD&A
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed

Qualifications:

• CPA designation (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience in financial reporting and preparing MD&A content
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
