Responsibilities
- The associate who joins the small team will have opportunities to learn and work closely with leaders in the industry
- The practice encompasses all core areas of real estate (commercial leasing, development, financing, and acquisitions)
- This position will provide a good blend of autonomy and collaboration as the associate will be given sole conduct over smaller files while working alongside the partner on the largest
- There will be opportunity to have a flexible working schedule
Qualifications
- Called to the Alberta Bar and be a member of good standing in the Law Society of Alberta
- 4+ years of post call experience, with an emphasis on commercial real estate law
- Comfortable with an annual billable target of 1600
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability, and possess a team player attitude
