Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic, hands-on role with room for growth? We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for a team of 52 employees located in Acheson (in office role).
This is a standalone HR role, providing strategic and operational support on all HR matters, including staffing, salary administration, performance management, and policy development. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management and a strong understanding of workplace safety policies. Payroll experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact, managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Oversee and update HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance on staffing issues, salary structures, and employee development.
- Maintain and enhance HR evaluation policies to support a high-performance culture.
- Support workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership on payroll-related functions (if applicable).
- Foster an open-door policy and strong communication culture across the organization.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, standalone HR experience is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of employment standards, performance management, and HR policies.
- Experience with workplace safety programs and compliance.
- Payroll experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
