Project Manager

Our client, a leader in heavy construction, specializes in excavation, road building, paving, and utility installations are seeking a driven professional to support project estimating and Project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating: Identify tenders, assess bid suitability, engage subcontractors/suppliers, and prepare submissions.
• Project Administration: Manage documentation, review timesheets, and process invoices.
• Tracking & Reporting: Monitor production, equipment use, and project schedules.
• Material Coordination: Oversee deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely supply.
• Documentation: Track extra work, submittals, and billing.
• Safety & Quality: Enforce company safety and quality standards.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor’s in Engineering. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and timelines.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess tender documents and project requirements.
• Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
