We are excited to offer a remote contract opportunity for an experienced Integration Lead to support a major Government client based in Winnipeg. This 6-month contract (with an expected total duration of 24 months) is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-impact SAP S/4 HANA integration initiative.
About the Role
As an SAP S/4 Integration Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4 HANA and internal/external systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all SAP integration activities across client organizations, providing hands-on technical leadership.
- Design and implement SAP integration solutions, focusing on SAP S/4 HANA technologies.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Resolve system and process issues, and coordinate integration testing across all functional areas.
- Develop and maintain integration architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and strategy aligned with business and IT goals.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance for scalability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in integration design and implementation.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to professional and technical standards.
- Lead complex SAP S/4 HANA integration projects, including on-premise and cloud editions.
Technical Expertise Required
- 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP S/4 Integration Manager/Lead, including at least two years leading large SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA modules and integration tools/technologies (SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Integration, APIs).
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration Suite.
- Proficiency with adapters such as File, SFTP, REST, SOAP, IDOC, RFC, HTTP.
- Extensive knowledge of ABAP interface development (RFC, BAPI, IDOC, ABAP Proxy).
- Solid understanding of ERP and integration complexities, including back-end databases.
- Experience integrating with SAP modules: S/4HANA, Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certifications in relevant modules or integration.
- Experience in the public sector, especially in Canadian public service entities.
- Proven track record of providing high-quality business systems support and customer service.
Additional Information
- Term Length: Initial 6-month contract, expected to extend to a total of 24 months.
- Location: Fully Remote (Canada-based).
