We are seeking a Planner for a temporary 2-month assignment, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate supply chain planning processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage reorders to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
- Prepare and analyze reports on inventory and supply chain performance.
- Facilitate communication between departments to align production schedules.
- Assist in forecasting and demand planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues, including delays and order discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain management software.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations and logistics.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Plus: Experience in planning or logistics within a supply chain environment.
